Sketch to shipped box
How a set gets made.
Someone's kid asks
Nearly every set starts as a complaint. A child wants a crane that turns, a parent wants twenty quiet minutes, and neither exists on the shelf.
Paper, then plywood
Two weeks of sketching, then a rough prototype cut in the workshop. If it does not survive a week on the test panel it goes in the bin.
Twelve tests
Drop, pull, bite, wash, and eight more. EN 71 and ASTM F963 are the floor, not the target — we test past both.
500 numbered boxes
A run is 500 sets, stamped and packed in recycled board. When the last one leaves the workshop the set retires.
