Lighthouse Harbour Building Set
This drop's headline set: a lighthouse with a turning lamp room, a fisher's hut and a little harbour boat — 612 pieces, four evenings of building.
Moon Rover Building Set
A six-wheeled rover with a folding solar panel, a grabbing sample arm and a tiny astronaut — 248 pieces, built in an afternoon.
Treehouse Village Mega Set
Three treehouses joined by rope bridges, a zip line and a lift that really winches — 1,480 pieces for patient builders. Only a few left.
Carousel Fairground Set — Drop 03
The Drop 03 carousel, with a hand-cranked turntable and twelve rising horses — sold out, and not coming back.
Sketch to shipped box
How a set gets made.
Someone's kid asks
Nearly every set starts as a complaint. A child wants a crane that turns, a parent wants twenty quiet minutes, and neither exists on the shelf.
Paper, then plywood
Two weeks of sketching, then a rough prototype cut in the workshop. If it does not survive a week on the test panel it goes in the bin.
Twelve tests
Drop, pull, bite, wash, and eight more. EN 71 and ASTM F963 are the floor, not the target — we test past both.
500 numbered boxes
A run is 500 sets, stamped and packed in recycled board. When the last one leaves the workshop the set retires.
