    Maybe this covers it.

The set name and the part number from the back of the booklet — that is it. If the booklet is also missing, a photo of the gap works. We post replacements free anywhere we ship, with no time limit.

Until it is packed, which is usually the same afternoon. Write to hello@example.com with the order number and Eli will catch it if it is still on the bench.

Yes. Nurseries and schools get 25% off from ten sets with an invoice; independent shops work on standard wholesale terms. Send a rough list and we will come back with a quote and lead time.

Free, on every order. Tick the box at checkout, leave your message, and it arrives in banana tissue with a kraft sleeve and a handwritten card.

Not really — it is an arch with four people and a router in it, and there is nowhere safe to stand. We do open it twice a year for the drop weekends and announce that on the drop list.
